Me - "What's the point of coming to HMV it's not like there's anything I'm going to buy...'
[5 seconds later]
Me - 'OMG 12 GIRLS BAND "WHITE CHRISTMAS" I MUST BUY BUY BUYYYYYY!'

Heh, this formerly-empty spot has been open since like 4 pm but I've not bothered to actually blog till now.

Woke up early to go for pseudo-mugging at MPL aka Marine Parade Library with Ah Seng, Ah Heng, Ah Tan, Ah Tan and Ah Tan . Woe betide(d) us when we reached there only to find out that ( btw we went Parkway first ) Parkway was really still closed and MPL only opens at 10.0 ( 3 s.f must...never...forget...) A.M. Stoned at the staircase there. Revised Literature and did a bit of Physics too.

It was so incredibly Singaporean to be amongst the multitudes just rushing into the Library the moment it opened. All the 'adult' seats were taken, so we decided to go to the KIDS SECTION instead. We looked very out of place on the mini chairs and tables, Bryan just looked wrong there.

And Alphonsus is a chic child magnet. First Lennel tried to ride him. Today he was the first to be prodded by this uber cute little girl who promptly plucked the Rubik's Cubes from the table and wandered around with them before returning. She fiddled with Wei Liang's calculator and then prodded Yang En. I sniggered at Yang En's helplessness. Hoho, VSCO's esteemed Chairman defeated by a little girl.

Nearly fell off the chair when I leaned back, forgetting that there was an absence of a proper backrest. Don't think anyone saw me wildly and violently windmilling though because it was incredibly subtle.

At one point, I accompanied Yang En to the toilet because he was scared of being mobbed and ganked by little kids out of goodwill. When we returned, everyone was staring at us as if I had gone to rape Yang En in the diaper room or something. That's ridiculous. How could I have possibly done that?

The diaper room was occupied.... -.-"

Anyway, got chased out of the toddlers' section soon after by the librarian since it was too crowded and we 'weren't suppose to be there anyway'. Decided to go eat lunch at Parkway at the new Kinniley's that opened up. Walking through the kopitiam there, they played this absolutely terrible horrible most nasty prank.

THEY SAID THEY WANTED TO EAT IN THE KOPITIAM!

*Shudders and cries*

Horrible people.

So anyway, after that completely traumatizing incident that left me shaken for about a second, we made our way to KFC. Being neurotic, I fore'went' lunch in lieu of doing a Sudoku puzzle. It's 5 bloody stars-hard and I still can't solve it.

Mother dearest, if you're reading this ( and you shouldn't but if you are, which you shouldn't, ) I need help please remind me to show you the puzzle.

Left Parkway in a whirly-firly rush to meet Danial and Li Zhi at Dhoby Ghaut. The bus to Paya Lebar station was absolutely terrible. Ok, not the bus, the jam. I was at the church near Michael's house at around 12.45. At 12.55, I was like 10 metres away.

-.-

Anyway, took a train down with Li Zhi and Danial to Dhoby Ghaut and promptly made our way down to the ColourVizio shop that Mu Yao and Mr Nathanael Tan recommended. I love that shop man! The ladies there are like super uber nice lah! They are uber uber courteous and patient and it's BLOODY cheap.

20 A3 posters on Art Card for $40
~326 tickets on 33 A4 papers for $26.40.
Total: $66.40. Like bloody cheap man! Especially considering our actual budget was $120, we're like half of that!

Had lunch at the stall opposite ColourVizio, a shop apparently famous for its Fried Dumpling Noodles. I concur, because the dumplings themselves are absolutely delectable. The skin is fantastically fluffy and lovely, and though the meat itself is fairly little, the sheer deliciousness of the fried crispy skin as you bite into it is unforgettable and I really did savour every bite. And who can forget the surprisingly-crunchy green chillis that complimented the dish. Washed everything down with a nice cup of chilled Lemon Barley.

All this for a mere $4.40. Like woohoo man.

Met our dear Minjoot Island on the way to the station. Was pretty horrified when I saw him because it's like the last place I expected to see him. Bantered as little as we could, then quickly made our escape.

Went down to Somerset to go HMV. Refer to quote for what I did there.

Came back home, stoned a while, Dota'ed, attempted to study a bit, gave up like 10 minutes later and started drawing. Had KFC for dinner ( The BBQ drumlets suck massive balls, they taste like rubberized rubber mixed with rubber ) and then came up to draw somemore and blog.

Church tomorrow.

Exams draw near. It's like this impending meteor shower that you know is going to hit you and all the Umbrella, Ella Ella Ey Ey Ey Whateva isn't going to shield a shit.

Gah.
