Laugh!
Read this joke over the internet yesterday:
Recently, a guy in Paris got away with stealing several paintings from the Louvre. However, after planning the crime, getting in and out past security, he was captured only 2 blocks away when his Econoline (van) ran out of gas.
When asked how he could mastermind such a crime and then make such an obvious error, he replied:
"I had no Monet to buy Degas to make the Van Gogh."
Food for thought
After studying for Biology, what should you study next?
Answer: 3logy.
Study tips
When studying for a subject which is very heavy in content and there's lots to remember, always:
1. Read through once for a rough grasp for interest and understanding.
2. Cover the book/notes up, and write down what you can remember from what you have read.
3. Next, read through the second time, this time being very thorough, so that you grasp the concept fully.
4. Now, on a piece of A4 paper or foolscap, jot down the main points (paragraph it) in the topic (meaning: test how much you have memorized then write it down). Remember to answer the 5 Ws and 1 H in your mind for every topic.
5. Finally, after every topic/chapter, map out a mindmap to summarize concepts learnt, and also for quick revision before exams.
Good luck mugging! :)
I think Study Tips is the funniest joke of all.
