Kegan - "Yar...They make us do so much exercises..My hidden abs are hurting. That day I was telling Jon that my abs hurt. And he was like 'what abs' "
Me - [Snickers] "You...Abs?"
Randall - "Everyone has abs. It's whether you exercise."
Me - "Oh...Mine are hidden very very -very- far in."
Kegan - "Mine's not hidden, just covered."
Randall - "I used to have an 8-pec, then I did some land reclamation."
Me - "I'd have to do mining."My relatives are dysfunctional. Ohyeah.
Been on a pseudo-blogging hiatus.
I shall not go through the Sec 1 Registration crap because it's a massive steaming pile of doggy doo-doo aka crap.
Saturday, originally supposed to join the 2c guys to go for Bob's and Mervin's church thingy. However, seeing as Jo-Ann and Nigel were coming over, and my nose was leaking (read: runny nose), I decided to
pon keep my dearest friends safe by not passing them germs during this lovely period in the year. Yes. *Nods*
So anyway, had lunch at one of the numerous eateries down the road, literally. The Shark's Fin isn't as nice as the other eateries' though, but the fried rice is 100% nicer and 100% unhealthier. But I don't really care. My body screams at me, I tell it to stfu and cc.
Oops, too much Maple.
Which I've given up on. The insane levelling curve and retarded people just simply outweigh the pros. And there aren't that many "pros" to begin with. As in, pros and cons the pro. There are pro(fessional) Maple players, by which I mean retards.
Kacao'ing Jo-Ann on MSN now. So interesting.
Me - "I'm blogging about our conversation."Jo-Ann - "You idiot."Oh yay, watching Death Note 2 on Wednesday with Jo =) I must catch up on my Anime-savviness. Not that I was anime-savvy to begin with.
Yes.
Had the Christmas gathering yesterday at Uncle Lester's house. Ahhh...I remember that last time, it used to be all of us. Uncle Lester, Uncle Mervin, Darren, Randal, Nigel, Kegan, Charlene, Jo-Ann, Jo-Shen, my brother and I all there opening our presents. Now, uncle Lester, uncle Mervin and Darren have all gone overseas. Randall and Kegan go for KKMC Christmas stuff. Nigel doesn't come these kinds of gatherings anymore. Charlene...*shudder*. Jo-Ann and Jo-Shen...Well...They're them.
Kinda miss those "old" times where we were really just kids, delighting in opening our presents.
Missed the carolling yesterday ( CCIS ), didn't know that I could go. Darn it. Oh well, there's next year's event. With any luck, I can participate in it =)
Christmas service today was fun. Went very very late though, arrived at 10.30, missing the 1st half. Shereen came later (Surprise! And I'm not sarcastic here). Stood for a while before more seats were brought down. Had the child baptisim, hymns, sermon, the usual.
The Chancel Choir is...wow, really. The ladies can really hit the high notes. The chorus
Gloria in Excelsis Dio was pretty high, and I know that's not the highest that can go. Sent shivers down my spine.
Reverend Kang preached today, which was nice. I love Reverend Kang's sermons. They're short enough to keep attention, yet long enough to cover the essentials. Plenty of humour inside his speech too, what with the reference to "Gabriel is a wonderful name", a poke at Reverend Gabriel Liew...
OH! No wonder I've been confusing Gabriel Chee, the LTC senior with a Gabriel Liew. Just realized where I got the Gabriel Liew name from =)
Hmm...Anything else to blog about? Not much, don't feel like blogging much.
Quote Weng Keong "
Just that I'm just not a very seeded by events writer which means I don't gain Pulitzer moments just because I went through some camp or some funky organized event."
Edit:
Co Online Meeting from 9.45. It "ended" at around.....11-ish I suppose. Although for me, it kinda just finished. Did the "Top 10 reasons to join VSCO" poster thing.
Oh, and one part of the MSN conversation went like this.:
Ser Yang - "I need the ten reasons why you should join CO. And I want Ben, Jason and Linus to do it."
[Some time later]
Me - "Eh, the ten reasons why you should sell your soul thing. Is it A4 also? "
The funny thing is, no one noticed I used the phrase "sell your soul" instead of "join CO".
Blah. Rushing out the Top 10 Reasons was...stressful. I need a nice good night's sleep. To prepare for my horrendous tuition. Then, I'll go to Dr Cheng where I shall get 3 teeth viciously yanked out of my mouth and my braces tightened.
Oh happy days are here again.
And if you couldn't tell
that was sarcasm, you deserve to be shot.
