Yang En - [Giggles madly]
Me - "Umm...Yang En? You're beginning to scare me. More than usual. And that's saying something you little weirdo."

Ho-hum.

Still filled with elation and excitement after the super-duper event that happened not 3 hours ago - VS 130th Dinner...thingy.

Went to school early in the morning to meet Shane for filming. Before he came, I had 1/2 an hour, so I drew. Took the "Orb" concept from Diablo 2: LOD and drew it. Then changed it. And now, it looks NOTHING like the original. Oops.

McDonalds with Shane ( and later Ridha ) for brunch. Then went back to school for some rehearsals, then basically slacked. Mp3 ran out of battery, so that sucked. Total camerawhores though.

Finally came the (decently good but still kinda sucky) dinner. The "Shark's Fin" had beansprouts inside. Can you say ew?. Pretty gross. The rest of the food wasn't fantastic; the best would have to be the cold platter for appetizers. The prawns dipped in mayonaise were, as always, delicious. The spring rolls were surprisingly crispy and tasty, while trying the baby squid for the first time yielded pleasant results ( although I did have a hard time swallowing after I bit through the head...). And prawns are FREAKING hard to peel. The cold platter happened to arrive at the same time as the Dance Club from VJC performed. SO it was a joy to have both delicious food and watch the Dance Club girls execute excellent pirouettes and tete-a-tete's. Even if the coordination was a bit off.

Performed. Gan Wen Lu Zai He Fang went well, the clapping was good. First Love, The Entertainer and Rhythm Of The Rain weren't so well-received, most people were chit-chatting amongst themselves. Even those in their mid-40s were chatting excitedly away. Left with Yang En and Wee Bian. Yang En and I were super-dooper hyper, singing and dancing and making total fools of ourselves. We were drunk on...I dunno, oxygen and excitement? Yang En was giggling like crazy, so I giggled. Then he giggled more, then I giggled more. Then...you know, he giggled, I giggled, he giggled, I giggled. Giggle giggle giggle. Bleh.

Came home with every intention to sleep. But just felt that I HAD to blog about this ( Be grateful you damn blog ). Got to be at church tomorrow for Beverage Of The Nations. Bringing a beanie and maybe a scarf. Spiffy.
